Do you have a free trial?
We don’t have a free trial however, If you are interested in trying our service with one blog post, just email us and we will set you up.
Is there a minimum commitment?
There are no time commitments. The service is billed on a 28 day cycle until you cancel it. You can call or email us to cancel.
What if I go over my plan limits?
Any blog posts over your limit are scheduled in our work queue and will post the following month. If you would like additional posts for the month, we can bill on a per blog post basis for additional posts. Please contact us for details.
Can I change plans at any time?
Plans can be changed at any time. The new plan will take effect the following month.
Can I use Digital Collective’s service on multiple websites?
Each plan has a different number of website that can be used.
Blogger Plan – 1 website
Marketer Plan – up to 3 website
Agency Plan – unlimited websites
Enterprise Plan – unlimited websites

Is there a maximum length/size to audio that we send you?
Yes. There is a limit of up to 15 minutes per audio or video segment for each blog post. Please contact us for exceptions.
Can we use the audio from a video?
Yes. Just send us the video file and we will transcribe the video’s audio. We will need an original digital format for this to work.
What are my payment options?
We currently accept check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Digital transactions are handled by PayPal. Checks can be mailed to us.

What type of blog do you schedule the post for?
We currently will only schedule blog posts for the WordPress platform. For all other platforms we will email you a MS Word document that is pre-formatted with images and other media attached in the email.
